This guide outlines connecting your Klaviyo account to Rep and enabling the "Power-Up" features available through the Rep x Klaviyo integration.

Connect your Klaviyo account to Rep
- Log into the Rep console at the following link: https://app.hellorep.ai/home
- In the left-hand menu, navigate to Settings > Integrations.
- On the Integrations page, select the Marketing tab at the top, then locate the Klaviyo panel and click Connect.
- The Connect to Klaviyo pop-up modal will ask for your Private API Key. Refer to the next section of this article for directions on creating this key. Once you've obtained and entered the key, click Connect.
Create your Klaviyo Private API Key
- Log into your Klaviyo account.
- In the lower left corner, click your name, then Settings.
- On the Settings page, select the API Keys tab on the left. Then, in the Private API Keys panel, click Create Private API Key.
- On the Create Private API Key page, give your new key a name, select Full Access Key, and then click Create.
- On the Private API Key Confirmation page, copy the key. This is the key you will paste into the Private API Key field in Rep.
Enable Klaviyo Power-Up features
Once you've connected your Klaviyo account to Rep, you'll see two Power-Up features available under Edit Details in the Klaviyo panel on the Integrations page:
- Subscribe & Get a Discount
- Notify Me When Back in Stock
Click Add Power-Up next to either Power-Up feature to enable.
Subscribe & Get a Discount
The Subscribe & Get a Discount power-up allows you to offer a discount through the Rep widget, obtain the shopper's contact information, and automatically connect the shopper's contact information to one of your email or SMS lists in Klaviyo.
To add the Subscribe & Get a Discount power-up:
- Click Add Power-Up next to Subscribe & Get a Discount to open the Subscribe & Get a Discount pop-up modal.
- Under Customer Details to Collect, choose whether you'd like Rep to collect the shopper's email, phone, and/or name. You can mark each detail as Required, Optional, or Off.
- Under Subscribe to an Email/SMS List, click anywhere on the field to select the list from Klaviyo. The shopper's contact details will be connected to the selected Klaviyo list.
- Under Discount, click + Select Discount to select a static discount code from your Shopify store. Selecting a discount is optional.
- Finally, click Add Power-Up to save and enable the power-up.
Once you've added the Subscribe & Get a Discount power-up, a Subscribe & Get a Discount chip (suggestion button) will appear in the Rep widget when the shopper opens the widget.
Additionally, the chip will be automatically added to Rep's proactive approaches. You can edit or delete this chip by navigating to AI Training > Sales Skills, and clicking Settings in the panel for the Sales Skill you wish to adjust. Scroll down to Additional Suggestion Chips to view or delete the chip.
Notify Me When Back in Stock
The Notify Me When Back in Stock power-up allows shoppers to receive an update when a product is back in stock.
