How to Connect Listrak to Rep AI
Rep AI connects to Listrak securely using your Listrak API credentials (a Client ID and Client Secret).

Get your Listrak API credentials
In your Listrak account, set up an API integration to generate a Client ID and Client Secret for the Email API. (If you're not sure how, your Listrak account team can help you create these.)

Navigate to Integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations in your Rep AI Console
Select the "Marketing" tab

Connect Listrak
Find the Listrak card and click "Connect"
Enter your Client ID and Client Secret
Click to authorize — Rep AI will verify the connection

Select your email list
Once connected, choose which Listrak email list shoppers should be subscribed to
A green "Connected" status will appear on the Listrak card — your integration is ready
"Subscribe & Get a Discount" Power-Up
This Power-Up lets your AI assistant offer shoppers a discount code in exchange for subscribing to your email list.
How to set it up:
In the Listrak card, find "Subscribe & get a discount" and click "Edit Power-Up"
Choose the customer details to collect (Email required; Name and Phone optional)
Under "Subscribe to an Email List," select a list from your Listrak account
Under "Discount," click "+ Select Discount" to choose the code to offer
Click "Add Power-Up" to activate
How it works:
When a shopper shows interest in a discount or asks about subscribing, your AI assistant offers one in exchange for their email
The shopper provides their email in a seamless in-chat experience
Their contact is added to your selected Listrak list and tagged with the "Rep AI" field
The shopper receives their discount code to use on their purchase
Once added, a "Subscribe & Get a Discount" chip appears in the Rep AI widget — when a shopper opens the widget or when Rep AI proactively engages them. Rep AI also triggers the subscribe flow whenever a shopper asks about discounts or joining your newsletter.

Connection issues
Double-check your Client ID and Client Secret are entered correctly with no extra spaces
Make sure the credentials were created for the Email API in Listrak
Confirm your Listrak account is active and the credentials haven't been revoked
Try disconnecting and reconnecting the integration
List selection issues
Verify you have at least one active email list in your Listrak account
If you recently created a list, disconnect and reconnect so Rep AI re-fetches your lists
Subscriptions not working
Confirm the selected Listrak list still exists and is active
Make sure your consent messaging is appropriate for your region's regulations
Check that shoppers are entering a valid email format

A: No. Rep AI works alongside your existing Listrak workflows — it simply adds another channel to grow your lists.
Q: How do I know which subscribers came from Rep AI?
A: Every contact subscribed through the chat is tagged with a "Rep AI" field in Listrak. You can use that field to build segments and target campaigns at chat-sourced subscribers.
Q: What if a shopper previously unsubscribed?
A: When a shopper actively opts in through the chat, Rep AI honors that explicit request and re-subscribes them to your selected list.
Q: Does this integration support SMS?
A: The Listrak integration currently supports email list subscriptions. (SMS isn't available through this integration today.)
Q: Can I disconnect Listrak?
A: Yes — click "Disconnect" on the Listrak settings card at any time. This disables any active Power-Ups using Listrak. Your existing subscriber data in Listrak is unaffected.
