Yotpo SMS & Email

Rep now seamlessly integrates with Yotpo SMS & Email. By connecting your Rep account to Yotpo, you can effortlessly create a "Subscribe and Get a Discount" flow. This will automatically add new subscribers to your chosen Yotpo list, all powered by our advanced AI solution.

 

Connection

  1. Log in to your Rep console and go to Settings >> Integrations

  1. Proceed to click on Connect to Yotpo SMS & Email

  1. Click Connect inside the dialog that appeared

 

  1. If you are not connected to Yotpo Reviews, you will be taken to a log in page to sign in to your Yotpo account and approve the required permissions.

 

  1. You should be navigated back to the Rep console with a green label saying "Connected".

 

 

Example use case

A merchant might want to offer a discount to customers who sign up for their mailing list. With Rep, the merchant can easily set up a "Subscribe and Get a Discount" flow. This allows them to collect customers' information, which will then be registered in their selected Yotpo list.

 
After connecting to Yotpo SMS & Email, in order to set up your new "Subscribe and get a discount flow, follow this link: https://app-qa.hellorep.ai/settings/integrations/YOTPO_SMS_AND_EMAIL and click on "Create".
 
 

Choose which information to collect, such as email, name, and phone number, and consider offering a discount to customers as an incentive.

 

The discount will be automatically applied to the cart once the customer completes the subscription process.

 

 

After a short while you will see the new subscriber on your Yotpo SMS & Email platform.
