How to Connect Postscript to Rep AI
The Postscript integration uses a Security API Key (private key) for authentication. Here's how to connect:
Navigate to Integrations
Go to Settings → Integrations in your Rep AI Console
Select the "Marketing" tab
Connect Postscript
Find the Postscript card and click "Connect"
You'll see a popup asking for your Security API Key (private key)
Create Your Postscript Security API Key
Log into your Postscript account at https://app.postscript.io/
Open the Settings menu, then select "API"
Click "Create Security Key Pair" on the right
Copy the key under the "Private Key" column
Complete the Connection
Paste your private key into the "Connect to Postscript" popup in Rep AI

In the Postscript card, find "Subscribe & get a discount" and click "Edit Power-Up"
Configure customer details to collect:
Phone number (required or optional for SMS)
Email (optional)
Name (optional)
Under "Subscribe to an Email/SMS List," click to select a list from your Postscript account
Under "Discount," click "+ Select Discount" to choose a static discount code from your Shopify store (optional)
Click "Add Power-Up" to activate
How It Works:
When customers express interest in a discount or promotion, your AI assistant offers one in exchange for their phone number
Customers provide their contact information through a seamless in-chat experience
Their information is automatically added to your selected Postscript list

Once you've added the Power-Up, a "Subscribe & Get a Discount" chip (suggestion button) will appear in the Rep AI widget.
