The purchases made by your shoppers during their conversations with the Rep widget are displayed in the conversation logs in the Rep console.

View purchased products in the conversation log
- Log into the Rep console at the following link: https://app.hellorep.ai/home
- In the left-hand menu, navigate to Conversations.
- On the Conversations page, you can filter to only see conversations in which shoppers purchased products. Select the Filters option in the upper right corner. Then, in the Tag field, search for and select the tag Order Completed, then click Add Filter in the upper right to apply the filter.
- In the left column on the Conversations page, select the conversation you'd like to view, then scroll down the conversation log until you reach the Purchased Products panel.
Types of purchase information available in the conversation log
The following purchase information is available in the conversation log if the shopper purchased products during the Rep-assisted session:
- Order ID
- Order Date
- Product(s) purchased
- Product quantity
- Product price
The Order ID is clickable, opening the detailed Shopify order confirmation page in a new tab on your web browser.
