Understand Rep's knowledge sources
Your store website serves as the primary information source for your Rep concierge. Your AI is already automatically trained on your entire website, excluding blog pages. To complement this, Rep provides several ways to add more information to your AI's Knowledge Base. (For an overview of all the methods for training the AI, please refer to the following Rep help center article: Refine the AI's responses)
If you use Gorgias or Zendesk's Help Center features to publish help center articles for your customers, you can have your support articles serve as an additional knowledge source for your AI via Rep's integration with Gorgias or Zendesk.
Enable Rep to pull information from your Gorgias or Zendesk help center articles
You'll first need to activate the integration with Gorgias or Zendesk in your Rep console.

Log into the Rep console at the following link: https://app.hellorep.ai/home

In the left-hand menu, navigate to Settings > Integrations.

On the Integrations page, select the Support tab at the top, then locate the panel for Gorgias or Zendesk.

In the panel for your respective helpdesk platform, click See Details.

For Zendesk, click Import Articles.

For Gorgias, click Begin Import.
