If you own multiple stores and want to use Rep AI for each one, you can easily create additional accounts without starting from scratch. This feature lets you quickly set up Rep AI for your other stores while keeping everything connected.

How to Create Another Account
Click the Rep AI logo in the top left corner of your console
Select "+ Create another account" from the dropdown menu
Fill out the account form with these details:
Company name
Website URL
E-commerce platform (or select "Other" and specify)
Monthly visitors estimate
Main problem you're trying to solve
What type of products you sell
Click "Create" to set up your new account
What Happens Next
After creating your new account:
The system automatically switches you to the new account
You'll see the "Connect Shopify" screen to link your store
Your original account information (email, name, UTM data) carries over
Both accounts remain connected under your user profile
Switching Between Accounts
Once you have multiple accounts, you can easily switch between them using the Rep AI logo dropdown in the top left corner of your console.
Troubleshooting
Error: Website URL already exists
Each account needs a unique website URL
Make sure you're not using the same URL as your existing account
Form won't submit
Check that your website has a custom domain (not a free subdomain)
All required fields must be completed
