The Sales Analytics dashboard provides detailed insights into how your Rep AI chatbot drives revenue, conversion, and product engagement. This powerful tool helps you measure the ROI of your AI assistant and identify opportunities to optimize your customer journey.
Accessing Sales Analytics
Log in to your Rep Console
Click on Analytics in the left navigation menu
Select the Sales tab
Sales Dashboard Metrics
Your Sales Analytics dashboard displays key performance indicators that update based on your selected date range:
Conversion Rate
Shows the percentage of AI conversations that led to purchases
Displays "Lift" to compare AI-assisted conversion against your baseline store traffic
Example: 14.00% conversion rate with 4.3X lift compared to non-AI traffic
AI-Generated Sales
Displays total revenue attributed to chatbot-assisted conversations
Shows what percentage this represents of your total store revenue
Example: $239,002.63 (6.0% of total revenue)
AI-Generated Orders
Shows the number of orders resulting from AI-assisted shopping journeys
Indicates what percentage this represents of your total orders
Example: 2,406 orders (6% of total orders)
Average Order Value (AOV)
Shows the average purchase amount from chatbot-assisted conversations
Example: $99.34 (5% lift compared to non-AI traffic)
Redirects to PDP
Tracks when visitors are guided to specific product pages by the AI
Includes conversion rate for these redirected sessions
Example: 2,460 visitors (19% conversion rate)
Add to Cart
Measures when shoppers add products to their cart with AI assistance
Includes conversion rate for these interactions
Example: 1,231 add-to-carts (16% conversion rate)
Rep Funnel Visualization
The Rep Funnel section at the bottom of the dashboard maps your AI-driven customer journey:
Shoppers Visited Website: Total site traffic (100%)
Disengaged Shoppers Approached: Sessions where AI initiated proactive outreach
Conversations Started: AI chats successfully initiated with shoppers
Product Views: Sessions where shoppers viewed products via AI
Added to Cart: AI-led sessions resulting in cart additions
Converted: Purchases resulting from AI conversations
This funnel visualization helps you identify where shoppers may be dropping off and which stages need optimization.
Sales Skills Performance
The Sales Skills Performance section shows how individual AI capabilities are contributing to your overall results:
Different scenarios: Shows specific situations where the AI detected disengaged customers and proactively offered assistance
Performance metrics: For each scenario, you'll see approaches, conversations, engagement rate, orders, CVR (Conversion Rate), and sales revenue
Scenario breakdown: Detailed insights on how different AI interactions (product pages, collection pages, abandoned carts, etc.) perform

Comparing Performance
Toggle the "Compare to previous period" switch to see how your current metrics compare to the previous time period of equal length.
Filtering Data
Click the Filters button to refine your data by:
Customer type (all, new, returning)
Traffic source (direct, referral, search, social)
Platform (web, mobile, desktop)
Viewing Detailed Conversations
Each metric card includes a "See conversations" link that allows you to review the actual chat transcripts that contributed to that metric.

Regular Review: Check your Sales Analytics weekly to track performance trends
Optimize Low-Converting Stages: If you notice drop-offs at specific funnel stages, focus on improving those interactions
