Create a personalized message that will be sent to shoppers who have items in their cart but show signs of leaving:
Offer Example: Write a friendly, persuasive message that acknowledges the items in their cart and encourages completion of the purchase
Example: "Hi friend, have you checked your cart lately? We're happy to give you $5 off the items in your cart towards any purchase of $5 or more. Place your order today! 😊"
Response Message
Configure what your AI will say when a shopper accepts your offer:
Example: "Smart decision! We just applied $5 off your total."
Discount (Optional)
Select a discount code that will appear to customers when they accept your offer:
Click Select to choose from your existing discount codes
If you don't want to offer a discount, you can leave this section empty and the skill will function as a friendly reminder without mentioning discounts
Note: As of our latest update, the discount code selection is completely optional. You can now use this skill to send kind reminders without offering discounts.
