The Rep AI Integrations page is your hub for connecting your AI assistant with your favorite business tools and platforms. By linking Rep AI with your existing systems, your AI assistant can access external data, perform automated actions, and create seamless customer experiences across all your channels.
Integrations enhance your AI assistant with powerful capabilities like automated ticket creation, customer data synchronization, social media management, and more. Finding and Navigating the Integrations Page
Log in to your Rep AI Console
Click on "Settings" in the left sidebar
Select "Integrations" from the dropdown menu
The Integrations page is organized into multiple sections for easy navigation:
Category Tabs
Filter integrations by specific business functions using the tabs at the top of the page:
All: View every available integration (default view)
Catalog: E-commerce platform connections (Shopify, etc.)
Reviews: Customer review platforms (Yotpo Reviews, etc.)
Support: Help desk and customer service tools (Zendesk, Gorgias, etc.)
Marketing: Email, SMS, and campaign platforms (Klaviyo, Mailchimp, etc.)
Mobile apps: Mobile application connections (Tapcart, etc.)
Social: Social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp)
Shipping: Delivery tracking services (ShipAny, etc.)
Returns: Return management solutions (Loop Returns, etc.)
Other: Additional tools and platforms (Slack, etc.)
Installed: View only your currently connected integrations
Search Bar
Quickly find a specific integration by typing its name in the search bar at the top of the page (e.g., "Klaviyo", "Zendesk").
Integration Cards
Each service appears as a card showing:
Logo and name of the service
Brief description of functionality
Connection status (indicated by a green checkmark for connected integrations)
Action button ("Connect", "See details", or "Request integration")
Understanding Integration Status
Integration cards display different statuses:
Connected (green checkmark in top-left corner): This integration is successfully connected and actively working with your Rep AI
Available to Connect ("Connect" button): This integration is ready to be set up but hasn't been connected yet
Configuration Required ("See details" button): This integration is connected, click see details for integration configuration settings and customization
How to Connect an Integration
Most integrations follow a similar connection process:
Find the integration you want to connect using the category tabs or search bar
Click "Connect" on the integration card
Enter your credentials when prompted:
This might be an API key, authentication token, or account login via OAuth
Some integrations include "Where to find it?" guidance to help locate the required credentials
Grant permissions as requested by the integration
Configure additional settings if applicable after the initial connection
Test the integration to ensure data is flowing correctly between systems
Requesting a New Integration
If you don't see an integration you need:
Look for the "Can't find what you're looking for?" card in any category view
Click "Request Integration"
Complete the form with details about the service you'd like to connect

To see only your active integrations:
Click the "Installed" tab at the top of the Integrations page
Review all your connected services in one place
Disconnecting an Integration
To disconnect a service:
Find the connected integration (indicated by a green checkmark)
Click "See details"
Look for "Disconnect" or "Remove connection" in the settings modal
Confirm the disconnection when prompted

Q: Will connecting an integration affect my existing setup?
A: No, connecting Rep AI to your existing tools doesn't change their configuration. Rep AI only accesses the data it needs to enhance customer interactions.
