In this article, we will guide you through removing the Assisted by Rep note from your Shopify Orders.

The "Assisted by Rep" note is automatically added when orders are made after the customer gets assistance from Rep.
We need to differentiate between "Assisted by Rep" and Rep session ID. The Rep session ID is automatically added to any order from the moment you integrate your store with Rep, while "Assisted by Rep" is added only if the order was Rep AI-generated.
If you wish to remove the note, follow the steps below:
1. Log into the Rep console > hover over the left menu;
2. Click on Settings > Integrations
3. Select Shopify and click See details
4. Toggle off Tag orders as assisted by Rep and save.
