Connecting your Shopify store to Rep gives the AI access to your product catalog and website information, empowering it to assist your shoppers intelligently.
(Re)connect your Shopify store
When you sign up for Rep, you'll be prompted to connect your Shopify store during the initial guided onboarding.
However, if your Shopify store becomes disconnected for any reason, you can easily reconnect it to Rep following the steps below:
- Log into the Rep console at the following link: https://app.hellorep.ai/home
- In the left-hand menu, navigate to Settings > Integrations.
- On the Integrations page, select the Catalog tab at the top, then locate the Shopify panel and click Connect.
- In the pop-up modal, enter your myshopify.com URL and click Connect.

- You’ll be redirected to Shopify to approve Rep’s permissions. Once approved, you’ll be sent back to the Rep Console and see that Shopify is now labeled Connected.
Find your store's myshopify.com URL
You can find the myshopify.com URL for your store in Shopify Admin.
- Log into Shopify Admin at the following link: https://www.shopify.com/login
- Click Settings in the lower left corner.
- The URL will be located in the upper left corner on the Settings page.
