Once you've signed up for your free trial with Rep and are ready to launch the Rep widget on your website, you'll be prompted to select a plan, which will be billed after the trial ends. This article outlines how to choose a plan via the Get Started checklist when launching the Rep widget or via the Billing page.

- Visit the following link to log into the Rep console: https://app.hellorep.ai/home
- Logging in will take you to the homepage. In the lower right corner, you'll notice the Get Started checklist. Select the final step in the checklist: Launch your AI Brand Concierge.
- You'll be brought to the Choose Your Plan page.
Available plans will appear in the center of the page.
You can toggle between monthly and annual billing in the upper right corner. Annual billing plans can help you save 20%-25% on your subscription cost. For more information about annual billing, visit the Rep help center article: Annual plans
You can toggle between the Sales/Support Skills plans and the AI Concierge plans in the upper left corner. The AI Concierge plans incorporate both Sales Skills and Support Skills.
Locate your desired plan and click Choose Plan.
Choose a plan via the Billing page
- Visit the following link to log into the Rep console: https://app.hellorep.ai/home
- In the lower-left corner, click the three horizontal dots to the right of your store's logo and name to open an overflow menu. Then, select Billing.
- On the Billing page, click Subscribe on the right. This will bring you to the Choose Your Plan page, where you can then select your desired plan.
