Rep's pricing plans scale based on two primary factors: your store's number of site visitors and product catalog size. If you notice a significant increase in your average number of monthly site visitors that exceeds or is likely to exceed your current plan's limit, consider upgrading to the next available plan tier. This article outlines how to upgrade (or downgrade) your plan based on your changing needs.

Site visitor limits
Each Rep plan tier supports up to a certain number of site visitors per month (or per year if you've selected an annual plan).
The lowest-tier Rep plan is the monthly AI Sales Assistant Pay-As-You-Grow plan, which costs $12 per 1,000 visitors.
All other AI Sales Assistant plans above this tier, as well as AI Support Agent and AI Concierge (Sales + Support Bundle) plans at any tier, have a fixed monthly or annual price that includes a set site traffic limit. If your traffic exceeds this limit during the billing period, an overage charge of $12 per 1,000 visitors applies.

View your traffic and limit for the current billing cycle
You can view your current site visitor traffic and limit for the current billing cycle in the Rep Console. To do so:
- Visit the following link to log into the Rep Console: https://app.hellorep.ai/home
- In the lower-left corner, next to your store's logo and name, click the three horizontal dots to open the overflow menu. Then, select Billing.
- On the Billing page, you'll notice a bar at the top of the page, indicating the number of visitors so far and the site traffic limit for the current billing cycle.
Automated alerts
You'll receive automated email alerts when your site visitor traffic exceeds the following thresholds in your billing cycle:
- 80% of your plan’s site visitor limit
- 90% of your plan’s site visitor limit
- 100% of your plan’s site visitor limit
Opt into overage charges
If you haven't signed up for Rep yet, you can opt into overage charges when you first sign up for Rep.
If you're an existing subscriber and haven't yet opted into overage charges, you can approve overage charges in your Shopify Admin billing area.
If you haven't opted into overage charges and exceed your site visitor limit for the current billing cycle, the Rep widget will be temporarily disabled on your site until the start of the next billing cycle.
Upgrade your plan
To upgrade to the next plan tier for your current plan type:
- Visit the following link to log into the Rep Console: https://app.hellorep.ai/home
- In the lower-left corner, next to your store's logo and name, click the three horizontal dots to open the overflow menu. Then, select Billing.
- On the Billing page, click Upgrade Now on the right.
- You'll be brought to the Choose Your Plan page. Locate the desired tier and click Choose Plan. You'll then be prompted to log into your Shopify Admin account and confirm payment details.
Add sales skills or support skills (upgrade to concierge bundle)
If you've subscribed to an AI Sales Assistant plan and want to add Support Skills, or if you've subscribed to an AI Support Agent plan and want to add Sales Skills, you can make these changes on the Billing page in the Rep Console.
- Visit the following link to log into the Rep Console: https://app.hellorep.ai/home
- In the lower-left corner, next to your store's logo and name, click the three horizontal dots to open the overflow menu. Then, select Billing.
- On the Billing page, in the AI Talents panel, locate the respective skill set you'd like to add to your plan, then click Get Access.
- On the following page, click Upgrade to Concierge, which will bring you to the Choose Your Plan page. The switch in the upper-left corner will already be toggled to AI Concierge, meaning that the presented plans will include both Sales Skill and Support Skills. Locate the desired plan, then click Choose Plan. You'll then be prompted to log into your Shopify Admin account and confirm payment details.
Downgrade your plan
You can downgrade your plan if your needs change due to a significant decrease in your average site traffic.
You can also downgrade if you currently have an AI Concierge (bundle) plan and would like to remove a skill set, such as Sales Skills or Support Skills, from your plan.
To downgrade your plan:
- Visit the following link to log into the Rep Console: https://app.hellorep.ai/home
- In the lower-left corner, next to your store's logo and name, click the three horizontal dots to open the overflow menu. Then, select Billing.
- On the Billing page, in the AI Talents panel, toggle on the Edit Subscriptions switch, then click Downgrade Plan.
- You'll be brought to the Choose Your Plan page, where you'll see all the plan options available for your account. Use the toggle in the upper-left corner if you'd like to switch between plans with Sales Skills, Support Skills, or both. Locate your desired plan and click Choose Plan. You'll then be prompted to log into your Shopify Admin account and confirm payment details.
