The Weekly Digest is an email Rep AI sends you every week with a snapshot of how your AI concierge performed over the last 7 days — your sales, engagement, and support results all in one place.
It's designed to be more than a report. Every number and highlight links straight into your Rep Console, so the moment something catches your eye, you're one click away from the full picture. The date range for the week is shown at the top so you always know the period you're looking at.
What you'll see in your digest
Your digest always includes your core performance stats, plus a few personalized highlights that appear when there's something worth showing that week.
Always included
Sales Performance — AI-generated sales, orders, conversion rate, and average order value. Tap View Sales Analytics to open the full Sales dashboard for that week.
Engagement — add-to-carts, redirects to product pages, customer requests fulfilled, and email/SMS sign-ups. Tap View Engagement Analytics to dig in.
Support — conversations resolved by AI and deflected support tickets. Tap View Support Analytics for the details.
View All Your Analytics — a button that takes you to your Console home dashboard for the complete overview.

Who receives the digest
The Weekly Digest goes out to merchants whose stores were active over the past week — including stores that had customer conversations even if they didn't record sales that week, so support-focused merchants stay in the loop too.
