How it works
To automatically open the chat when a customer lands on your site, simply add the following parameter to your URL:
?roc=true
For example:
https://yourstore.com/?roc=true
When a customer clicks this link:
- The page will load as usual
- The Rep AI chat widget will open automatically
Where to use this
You can add ?roc=true to any page on your store where the Rep AI widget is installed, including:
- Homepage
- Product pages
- Collection pages
- Landing pages
Combining with UTM parameters
You can also use this alongside UTM tracking or other query parameters. Just make sure roc=true is included in the URL.
Example:
https://yourstore.com/?utm_source=email&utm_campaign=spring_sale&roc=true
This allows you to:
