Navigate to Shopper Intelligence
To navigate to the Shopper Intelligence page:
- Log into the Rep console at the following link: https://app.hellorep.ai/home
- In the left-hand menu, navigate to Insights > Shopper Intelligence.
Key Insights
The Shopper Intelligence dashboard analyzes every conversation your AI Concierge has with shoppers to uncover valuable patterns and insights about:
- Customer needs and pain points - What shoppers are asking about most frequently
- Conversion barriers - Why visitors leave without purchasing
- Emotional context - How customers feel during their shopping journey
- Product performance - Which items generate the most interest and sales through AI interactions
Dashboard Sections
Below are the dashboard sections on the Shopper Intelligence page. Adjusting the date filter in the upper right corner of the page will update the sections accordingly.
Forms of Assistance
This section breaks down the main conversation topics your AI handles, showing you exactly what customers need help with.
What you'll see:
- Conversation volume for each topic (product questions, sizing, order status, etc.)
- Percentage of total conversations per topic
- Helpful/Unhelpful votes from customers
- Separate tabs for Sales vs. Support topics
Interactive feature: Click on any part of the wheel or on the topic name to view a filtered list of conversations related to that specific topic.
Visitor Drop-Off Reasons
This innovative feature uses AI to categorize why shoppers didn't convert during their session based on their actual conversations.
What you'll see:
- Customer-expressed problems that led to cart abandonment
- Percentage breakdown of drop-off conversations per issue

Shopper Emotion Analysis
This section analyzes the emotional tone and motivation behind customers' initial sentiments using advanced natural language processing.
