If the Rep widget isn't appearing on your site as expected, please try the troubleshooting steps below:

Open an Incognito Window in your web browser and navigate to your website in the Incognito Window.

Allow the Rep widget a few moments to load (keeping in mind that the Rep widget is programmed to load last on your website, after all the other applications and elements, to ensure Rep doesn't interfere with your site loading speed.) If the Rep widget does not appear after a few moments, proceed to the next steps

Clear the cache and cookies on your web browser. Then, close and reopen your web browser, and navigate to your website again. If the Rep widget does not appear after a few moments, proceed to the next steps.

Ensure that the Rep script is auto-injected into your store website.
To verify, log into the Rep console at https://app.hellorep.ai/home.
Then, in the left-hand menu, navigate to Settings > Integrations.
Locate the Shopify panel, then click See Details.
If the toggle for Auto-inject Rep's script tag to my Shopify theme is OFF, switch this toggle ON, then click Save. If the toggle is already ON, but you're still unable to see the Rep widget on your website, proceed to the next step. -
Log into your Shopify admin account. Then, navigate to Sales Channels > Online Store > Themes > Customize > App Embeds.Search for Rep in the search bar. If the toggle next to AI Assistant is ON, switch this OFF.
