Upload your logo
- Log into the Rep Console at the following link: https://app.hellorep.ai/home
- In the left-hand menu, navigate to Settings > General.
- In the Upload Your Icon field, drag-and-drop the logo file from your device, or click Browse to select the logo file from your File Browser.
Understand where the logo appears when the Rep widget is opened
When the shopper clicks on the Rep widget on the website to open the dialogue box, your logo appears at the top of the widget box and next to any of Rep's replies to the shopper:
Use your logo as the Rep widget icon (when the Rep widget is closed)
You can use your logo as the Rep widget icon on your website. Shoppers will click this icon to open the Rep widget and interact with Rep.
- Log into the Rep Console at the following link: https://app.hellorep.ai/home
- In the left-hand menu, navigate to Settings > Chat Widget.
- Scroll down the page until you reach the Button section. Then, under Button Style, select Store Icon. Finally, click Save & Preview.
