The Engagement Analytics dashboard shows you key insights into how shoppers interact with your Rep AI assistant.
Navigate to Engagement Analytics
To navigate to the Sales Analytics page:
- Log into the Rep console at the following link: https://app.hellorep.ai/home
- In the left-hand menu, navigate to Analytics > Engagement.
Dashboard Cards
The dashboard cards listed below appear on the Engagement Analytics page.
Conversations by Traffic Source
- Breakdown of site visitors who had conversations with the AI by traffic source.
- Includes the number of conversations and the percentage of total conversations per traffic source.
Engagement Rate
- Percentage of site visitors who had a conversation out of the total website traffic.
Conversations by Customer Type
- Breakdown of AI conversations by new vs returning customers.
Engagement Rate from Proactive Approach
- Percentage of disengaged visitors who had a conversation with the AI after Rep proactively approached them.
100% AI Conversations
- Number of meaningful conversations completely handled by AI (not involving human assistance).
Proactive AI vs Shopper-Initiated Conversations
- Number and percentage of conversations initiated by Rep’s proactive outreach vs those initiated by shoppers clicking the Rep widget.
Leads Collected
- Leads collected for integrated marketing platforms through the Rep widget.

Filters
Filters are available in the upper right corner of the Engagement Analytics page. The Dashboard Cards will update to reflect any applied filters.
Date Range
Clicking the data range opens a calendar selector. Select a start date and end date.
Filter Tab
The options below are available by clicking the Filter tab in the upper right corner. After clicking the Filter tab, select your desired filters and click Add Filter in the upper right corner to apply them to the page.
Customers
- All: Shows data for all website visitors
- New: Displays metrics for first-time visitors only
- Returning: Shows data for customers who have visited before
Platform
- All: Includes data from all devices and sources
- Desktop: Shows metrics for desktop users only
- Mobile: Displays mobile user interactions
- Helpdesk: Interactions originating from customer support channels
Traffic Source
- All: Includes all traffic sources
- Direct: Visitors who came directly to your site
- Referral: Traffic from other websites
- Search: Visitors from search engines
- Social: Traffic from social media platforms
Social Media Integration
- Instagram DM: Interactions originating from Instagram direct messages
- Facebook DM: Conversations started through Facebook Messenger
- WhatsApp DM: Communications via WhatsApp integration
