The Sales Analytics page provides you with insights into how Rep's AI drives revenue and engagement for your store. This dashboard shows performance metrics from AI-assisted shopper interactions.
Navigate to Sales Analytics
To navigate to the Sales Analytics page:
- Log into the Rep console at the following link: https://app.hellorep.ai/home
- In the left-hand menu, navigate to Analytics > Sales.
Dashboard Cards
The dashboard cards listed below appear at the top of the Sales Analytics page.
Conversation Rate
- Percentage of AI conversations that resulted in a purchase
- Compares chatbot performance to baseline non-AI traffic
- Shows lift multiplier (e.g., 3.2× higher than non-AI traffic)
- Click See Conversations to view conversations that led to conversions
AI-Generated Sales
- Total revenue attributed to chatbot-assisted conversions
- Displays dollar amount and percentage of total store sales
- Click See Conversations to view conversations that contributed to this revenue
AI-Generated Orders
- Number of orders attributed to AI conversations
- Shows order count and percentage of total store orders
- Click See Conversations to view the specific conversations that generated these orders
AOV (Average Order Value)
- Average purchase value of chatbot-assisted orders
- Click See Conversations to see conversations that resulted in purchases
Redirects to PDP
- Number of shoppers the AI directed to product detail pages
- Tracks how effectively AI guides customers to specific products
- Click See Conversations to view conversations where the AI navigated visitors to product pages
Add To Cart
- Number of shoppers who added items to their cart via the Rep widget
- Shows session count and conversion rate percentage
- Click to see conversations where the AI added items to the shopper's cart per the shopper's request
Rep Funnel
The Rep Funnel shows the AI-driven shopper journey through the following stages:
- Shoppers visited the website: Total site traffic sessions
- Disengaged shoppers approached: Sessions where AI initiated proactive outreach with percentage of total visitors
- Conversations started with disengaged shoppers: AI chats initiated with disengaged shoppers and conversion rate from approached visitors
- Coversations that viewed products: Sessions where shoppers viewed products via AI with percentage of conversations
- Convrsations added to cart: AI-led sessions resulting in cart additions with percentage of product views
- Conversations converted: Purchases resulting from AI conversations with percentage conversion rate
Each funnel stage is clickable to view the conversations associated with that stage.
Sales Skills Performance
This section displays a table with sales skills performance data organized into columns.
- Sales Skills Scenario (leftmost column): The name of each configured sales skill
- Approaches: Number of times the AI initiated this sales skill
- Conversations: Number of conversations that resulted from these approaches
- Engagement Rate: Percentage of approaches that led to conversations
- Orders: Number of orders generated by this sales skill
- CVR (Conversion Rate): Percentage of conversations that resulted in orders
- Sales: Total revenue attributed to this sales skill
Click on individual sales skills to view the conversations where that skill was activated.
Filters
Filters are available in the upper right corner of the Sales Analytics page. The Dashboard Cards, Rep Funnel, and Sales Skills Performance metrics will update to reflect any applied filters.
Date Range
Clicking the data range opens a calendar selector. Select a start date and end date.
Filter Tab
The options below are available by clicking the Filter tab in the upper right corner. After clicking the Filter tab, select your desired filters and click Add Filter in the upper right corner to apply them to the page.
Customers
- All: Shows data for all website visitors
- New: Displays metrics for first-time visitors only
- Returning: Shows data for customers who have visited before
Platform
- All: Includes data from all devices and sources
- Desktop: Shows metrics for desktop users only
- Mobile: Displays mobile user interactions
- Helpdesk: Interactions originating from customer support channels
Traffic Source
- All: Includes all traffic sources
- Direct: Visitors who came directly to your site
- Referral: Traffic from other websites
- Search: Visitors from search engines
- Social: Traffic from social media platforms
Social Media Integration
- Instagram DM: Interactions originating from Instagram direct messages
- Facebook DM: Conversations started through Facebook Messenger
- WhatsApp DM: Communications via WhatsApp integration
