Yotpo Reviews
Rep fully integrates with Yotpo Reviews. Once your Rep account is connected to your Yotpo account, Rep will be able to tell your customers what's the average rating of products, and also show them recent reviews posted by customers using Yotpo.
Integration
1. Log in to your Rep console and go to Settings >> Integrations
2. Proceed to click on Connect within the Yotpo Reviews.
3. Proceed to click Connect. If you are not connected to Yotpo SMS & Email, you will be taken to a log in page to sign in to your Yotpo account.
4. All done - you are connected to Yotpo reviews.
Example use case
An example use case for Yotpo reviews would be a customer asking "What are the reviews for this product" where the AI will generate the answer based on the reviews from the Yotpo app, showing the top review.
