Understand how the integration works
The Yotpo Reviews integration allows your Rep AI to:
- Display product star ratings - Show average ratings for products during product discussions
- Share customer reviews - Provide specific customer reviews when shoppers ask about product experiences
- Proactive review suggestions - Offer relevant reviews when customers show hesitation about adding items to cart
Enable the integration
To enable the Yotpo Reviews integration:
- Log into the Rep console at the following link: https://app.hellorep.ai/home
- In the left-hand menu, navigate to Settings > Integrations.
- On the Integrations page, select the Reviews tab at the top, then click Connect in the Yotpo Reviews integration card.
- You will be redirected to log into your Yotpo account. After logging in, follow any remaining prompts.
