What's Different for Your Shoppers
Instant AI responses — Instead of seeing a typing animation while waiting for a reply, shoppers now see the AI's full response appear instantly. This makes conversations feel snappier and reduces perceived wait times, especially on mobile.
Same great experience — Everything else works exactly as before. Your Sales Skills, Support Skills, suggestion chips, design settings, and integrations are all unchanged.
Do I Need to Do Anything?
No. The upgrade was applied automatically to all accounts. Your existing settings, customizations, and AI training carry over to V2 without any changes.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I go back to the typing animation? The typing animation is no longer available. V2's instant display was chosen based on performance data showing higher engagement and lower drop-off rates.
Will this affect my analytics? No. All conversation tracking, attribution, and analytics continue to work the same way.
