You can invite your team members to join your Rep account and have shared access to the Rep console. Likewise, you can revoke their access at any time. This article outlines managing your team's access to your store's account in the Rep console.

Navigate to the Account (team access) page
- Log into the Rep console at the following link: https://app.hellorep.ai/home
- At the bottom of the left-hand menu (lower left corner of the screen), click the three horizontal dots next to your store name to open the overflow menu, then select Account.
- On the Account page, you'll see a list of your team members who have been invited to access your store's Rep account, as well as various controls to invite more team members, revoke team members' access, and resend invites.
Invite team members to your store's Rep account
- On the Account page, under the Invite a New Member section, enter your team member's name and email address, and then click Invite on the right.
- After clicking Invite, the invited team member will appear under the Team section. The status will appear as Pending.
- The team member will automatically receive an invite via email. Once the team member has logged into the Rep console, the status will change to Active.
Resend the email invite to your team members
If you've already added a team member, but that team member would like you to resend the invite via email, simply click the three horizontal dots next to their name to open the overflow menu, then select Resend.
Revoke your team member's access
If one of your team members should no longer have access to your store's account in the Rep console, simply click the three horizontal dots next to their name to open the overflow menu, then select Revoke Access.
