Enabling the Returns & Exchanges Support Skill requires an active Loop subscription. When you activate the Returns & Exchanges skill on the Support Skills page, Rep will ask for your Loop API key, so that it can generate links to the returns and exchanges portal for your shoppers.
Follow these steps to obtain your Loop API key:
- Log into Loop admin portal at the following link: https://admin.loopreturns.com/
- Click Returns management.
- Click Tools & Integrations.
- Click Developer Tools.
- Click Generate API Key.
- Under Scopes, mark the checkbox next to Order. Then click Generate.
- You will see your new key in the list of API keys. Copy the new API key.
- Log into the Rep console at the following link: https://app.hellorep.ai/home
- In the left-hand menu, navigate to Settings > Integrations.
- Select the Returns tab, then click Connect in the Loop Returns card.
- In the pop-up modal window, paste the Loop API key, then click Connect.
