In this guide, you'll learn how to connect your Gorgias account with Rep to allow customers shopping on your website to ask for help and give feedback.
To begin, go to Settings > Integrations and click Add Integration. On the next screen, select Gorgias and then click Connect. You will then be redirected to Gorgias to authorize the connection. After authorizing, you'll be redirected back to Rep.
After integrating Rep with Gorgias, you can configure your feedback flows to be routed to Rep. To do this, go to Flows, and select a feedback flow, for example Contact us. Then, click on the arrow on the right to open the flow settings panel and change the integration type to Gorgias. You can change the subject of incoming tickets or leave it empty to populate the subject with the first sentence of the customer's message.
