Filters

Create filters to design and control how your assistant will direct customers to the right product. When you create a filter, you're defining a question. Here are a few examples of filters that you might create:

• Skin type - to let customers choose between product groups such as dry skin, oily skin, and combination skin. The corresponding filtering question would be: "We have products under dry skin, oily skin, or combination skin. Tell me what skin type you're interested in".
• Diet - with this filter, customers choose between product groups such as keto, gluten-free, paleo, or low fat.

To create a filter, go to Catalog > Filters Groups and click Create new.
