In this guide, you'll learn how and where to customize common messages like your Welcome message and improve your customers' experience.
General messages
To begin, go to Dialog > Messages and see the general messages on the left side. These messages are not related to any flow and include the welcome and goodbye messages, feedback messages and more. By clicking on the pencil icon, you are able to edit the message, and by clicking on the { } sign, you are able to add variables.
When completing the editing, make sure to click on the V to save it.
Flow messages
To customize all of the content in your Rep, go to flows.
