Thanks to a recent app update, your Gorgias or Zendesk help center articles can now serve as a knowledge source for your AI concierge, just like any other website page. In other words: your AI coverage can now pull information directly from your existing support articles; there's no need to manually input this knowledge.
Amazing, how do I feed Rep with the help center-based knowledge?

First, confirm that you have an active integration with Gorgias or Zendesk.

On the Rep console, hover over the left menu, and click Settings > Integrations.

For Zendesk Integration: Tap on See details.
Select Import articles -
For Gorgias Integration: Tap on See details.
Select Begin import.

That's it! Your AI can now use the information in your support articles.
