Rep does offer a live chat. While Rep integrates with many different support platforms, such as Zendesk, Gorgias, and Richpanel, you do not need any integration to enjoy a live chat with your customers - we've got you covered.
Rep offers two types of live chat:

Agent Drop-In: This occurs when you decide to take over the conversation. The customer will not know you can join the chat until you actually do and start interacting with them.

Customer-Initiated Human Handoff: This happens when a customer submits an inquiry to support. Then, you can start a live chat with them through the console.
For customers, it's a seamless handover. When you respond to their message through the console while they're still on your website, the Rep widget changes colors and notifies them that they're now connected to an agent.
On your end, you'll handle the chat directly from the Rep console as a natural continuation of the conversation without switching to a different platform. Rep will even show you a red Human assistance needed as soon as the shopper submits their inquiry, and if they are still on the website, you can click on it and start chatting with them immediately.
If your browser allows notifications, you'll even get pinged when the shopper initiates the human handoff.
Additionally, on the home screen in the console, you can see the number of live chats currently in progress. You can 'View' them and see if anyone needs help!
