The monthly visitor limit depends on your subscription plan.
Every package has a monthly or annual billing option. For the annual plans, visitors are tallied on an annual rather than monthly basis, which allows for fluctuations throughout the year. Therefore, if your store's traffic tends to fluctuate, it is recommended for you to pick the annual option.
If you exceed your monthly visitor allowance on the regular monthly plan, Rep will notify you that an upgrade is necessary. If you decide not to upgrade, the chat widget will be removed, and access will be blocked until the start of the next billing cycle, when your monthly visitor count resets.
For the annual subscription, if you exceed your visitor count in one month but receive fewer visitors in subsequent months, the numbers can balance out over the year. However, if you exceed the total annual limit, the same restrictions apply as with the monthly plan.
