Monthly Billing
If you're on a month-to-month plan and your traffic exceeds the limits of your current plan, we will notify you in the Rep console with a pop-up message and request you to upgrade your plan. We will keep your AI Concierge active for the 3 days after; if the upgrade is not made within 3 days, your AI Concierge will be disabled until the end of the billing cycle. It will go back to working normally once your billing cycle renews.
Annual Billing
We offer an annual plan that allows you to accommodate visitors for the entire year rather than on a monthly basis. This means that if you exceed your visitor limit in one month but have fewer visitors in another month, it will balance out over the year, and you don't have to upgrade as long as you keep don't reach the annual limit.
