To be sure your AI Concierge is active and visible on your website after launching it, first, go to your website in incognito mode and look for the chat widget. The Rep was programmed to always load last so it doesn't affect site load speed; therefore, It may take a few seconds for the widget to show up.
If it doesn't, proceed with the following steps:
1. We recommend clearing all cookies and cache, then refreshing the page. This helps by creating a new session within Rep and usually resolves any issues.
2. If you are still unable to see the chat widget, make sure Rep is auto-injected into your website.
To do that, log into the Rep console > hover over the left menu > click on Settings > Integrations > Shopify and tap See details. Toggle on Auto-inject Rep's script tag to my Shopify theme.
3. If the button is on and you are still unable to see the chat widget on your website, ensure Rep is not injected also through Shopify themes. To clarify: if the script is injected more than once, you're expected to have issues seeing it.
To be sure it's not the case, log into your Shopify account, click on Sales Channels > Online Store > Themes > Customize, and toggle off the AI Assistant button if it's on.
