When first signing up for Rep AI and integrating your Shopify store with Rep several default flows are generated to help you begin the journey of unleashing the power of Rep.
Below, you can see an image of the typical flows, which can be found under the Advanced >> Proactive Flows. These are only the flows that reach out to disengaged customers using our trademarked Rescue Algorithm, which uses various data points to identify when a customer will drop off i.e., leave the site and approach them before that happens. Each flow has a different greeting to engage the customer in a particular way.
Disengaged customers on a collection page - Engages customers visiting a collection page.
Disengaged customers on a product page - Engages customers visiting a product page.
Disengaged customers on an out-of-stock product page - Engages customers within a product page in which the product is out-of-stock
Disengaged customers on the homepage (new visitors) - Engages customers new to the site when on the homepage.
Disengaged customers on the homepage (returning customers) - Engages customers that made a purchase and are returning to the site when on the homepage i.e. have purchased on the site before.
Disengaged customers on the homepage (returning visitors) - Engages customers that visited the site before and are returning to the site when on the homepage i.e. have visited the site before without purchasing.
Upsell after add-to-cart - Engages customers who have added an item to the cart and offers them other related products. The products offered can be customized.
Below is an image of the default flows, which can be found under the Advanced >> Responsive Flows. These are only the flows activated when specific phrases/questions have been asked to Rep. You can customize the triggers of what phrases engage the flow by following the steps in this article.
Each flow is activated with a specific phrase:
Browse store - Responds to customers who use the phrase "Browse store"
Contact support - Responds to customers that use the phrase "Contact support" or any variation thereof.
Customer clicked on chat icon (Main menu) - Responds to customers that use the phrase "Main menu" or any variation thereof.
Damaged order - Responds to customers that use the phrase "My order arrived damaged" or any variation thereof.
I have a question - Responds to customers who use the phrase "I have a question" or any variation thereof.
I need help with my order - Responds to customers that use the phrase "Help with order" or any variation thereof.
Read reviews - Responds to customers that use the phrase "RWhat are the reviews for this product?" or any variation thereof.
You can make changes to the flows and create new flows with specific triggers or fire on particular pages. You can find more info about flows here.
