You can use your store's icon as the image that is displayed as the chat widget's icon by following the steps below.
1. From within the Rep console, navigate to the sidebar and select Settings >> Chat Widget
2. You will see a Button style menu and select Store icon to use your logo which you can upload by following these steps here.
This change will enable the chat widget icon to be your store logo!
