If you want to change the language in which Rep will be conversing and responding, follow the steps below. Remember you will have two options: 1) Keep your store's language as the language of choice, or 2) Use the customer's language pulled from his browser as the language of choice.
1. From within the Rep console, navigate to the sidebar and select Settings >> General.
2. Within the General page, scroll down to the bottom, and you will see the options to switch the language in which Rep will respond and can be changed to Use store's default or Use customer's. Select the option you would like to have.
3. Once you have selected your option, hit Save Changes to enable the changes and see them live.
Once saved, the changes should be enabled and will be reflected live on your site.
