When you would like to add some dynamic nature to the responses within system messages, you can use a context variable to do various things. There is a partial list below with all the different variables and what context they bring to the message:
1. To add the desired variable to a system message, you must follow the steps indicated in this article.
2. Once you have reached the system message you would like to edit, click on the brackets in order to open up the context variable modal.
3. From within the context variable modal that opens up proceed to search for the variable of your choice by clicking on text box.
4. You can search by inputting text into the text box or going through the categories that are displayed. The list of possible variables to choose from are in the table at the bottom of the article.
5. Once you have found the variable of choice click on it and it will lead generate a new text box for the Fallback message if the variable cannot be found properly or returns an error.
6. Hit the Save button once you have inputted the desired fallback.
If you are done making edits to the message after clicking the checkmark make sure to Sync all the flows by clicking on it in the top right of the System Messages page.
