Rep AI comes with default responses that trigger specific actions within flows when certain customer conditions are met. These default responses, known as System Messages, can be customized to better suit your needs.
Here’s how you can edit them:

In the Rep console, go to the sidebar and select Expert Zone > System Messages.

You’ll see a screen where you can search for the system message you want to edit.

Once you find the message you want to modify, click on the message with the pen icon
to begin editing.

After clicking, you can edit the text and add a context variable by clicking on the brackets icon
.

Once you’ve finished editing, click the checkmark icon
to save your changes. The updated message will go live on your site immediately.
