Our attribution model is quite simple.
If a customer has a session leading to a meaningful AI conversation that converted into a sale, the sale is attributed to Rep AI’s assistance.
Furthermore, the conversation that was had with the customer must also not have any human customer support involved.
We define a meaningful conversation as a conversation with at least 2 interactions between Rep AI and the customer.
Customer conversation with Rep = Additional Sale via Rep if:
- Customer had at least 2 interactions with Rep AI
- No human customer support was involved in conversation
- customer ended up converting and placing an order
- A sale can be attributed within 1 week after having a meaningful conversation with Rep AI (standard marketing campaign typically attribute the sale even up to 30 days after a customer has viewed the ad)
