When integrating your site with Rep AI, several default flows are generated to help make the onboarding process as simple and easy as possible. You can see a list of the Responsive flows that are generated by default below.
One of the flows that is generated is a Contact support flow. This flow helps users contact support when the scope of their request is not within the knowledge of the AI or when the user specifically asks for support. For more information on how to use the Human-hand off component that can be integrated into any flow click here.
You can see how the flow looks by default below but it can be customized to suit your needs. The customization includes the ability to integrate customer support software such as Gorgias or Zendesk (Click on links to be guided through how to set up each integration). By default the customer support requests are sent to the support email provided within the Rep console.
However, in general Rep AI should be trained on as much knowledge as is necessary to be able to respond appropriately to user requests. The more 100% AI conversations had means less customer support requests, which is the goal right next to converting more users into sales!
