If you would like only specific collections or products to be displayed from within the chat then you can follow the steps below.
For Products:
- Navigate to Catalog>>Products from within the sidebar.
2. There you will be able to see your products that are available taken from your shopify store. Proceed to search for the product you would like to make available.
3. Toggle the Available property of the product so it looks blue as seen below.
Now the product will be able to be displayed within the chat while conversing with a user.
If you would like to do this for an entire product group or collection follow the steps below.
- Navigate to Catalog>>Product Groups from within the sidebar.
- There you will be able to see your product groups i.e. collections that are available taken from your shopify store. Proceed to search for the product group you would like to make available.
3. Toggle the Available property of the product group so it looks blue as seen below.
4. Click Sync Now at the top of the page which should finalize the process and allow the product group to be displayed with the most updated products from your shopify store.
Now this product group will be available from within the chat and will be displayed when relevant.
Using this feature Rep AI Concierge will be able to display to potential customers the relevant products when being asked about recommendations/specific questions/ or to be part of product finders.
