In this article, we will teach you how you can train your AI with new information in a question format. If a question keeps on popping up on your support tickets you can go ahead and train the AI Concierge to respond appropriately.
This can be done by selecting the AI training > Knowledge Base > Custom FAQ
- You can also see how many times a question has been used.
Select Create New and you will initiate a pop up that will prompt you to write a question and an answer to the question.
The question can be linked to a specific product page if it pertains to a particular product but this is optional.
You can also recommend product / collection / offer further assistance with the answer.
When finished filling in the inputs, click Publish.
You can add different text formats or a specific link that you would like your customers to visit when they ask a specific question.
Side note: By linking the question to a product page, the AI can get further context when answering within a chat and conversing with the user.
