If a question keeps on popping up on your support tickets you can go ahead and train the Rep AI Concierge to respond appropriately. Or if you wish to respond to some of the suggested FAQs provided.
This task can be done by selecting the Add FAQs under the AI Training tab.
Select Create New and you will initiate a pop up that will prompt you to write a question and an answer to the question (see right). The question can be linked to a specific product page if it pertains to a particular product but this is optional. When finished filling in the inputs click Publish.
Sidenote: By linking the question to a product page the AI can get further context when answering within a chat and conversing with the user. Linking to the product page does not mean the product will be displayed as a clickable icon within the chat (This feature is currently under development).
