To play with the shading of the chat bubbles and make the background transparent you can go into:
Settings --> Chat Widget --> Background
In the screenshot below, you can see the closer you make it to where the arrow is pointing, the more transparent it will be (0-100 value in the A box). Then just hit save and test it out on your website.
