How to make chat feature transparent?

To play with the shading of the chat bubbles and make the background transparent, you can go into the following: 

1. Log into the console > Navigate to the left menu
2. Settings >> Chat Widget 
   
   
   
   
   
3. Under Design > Choose Background
   
   Choose the color white. A checkerboard pattern section is at the bottom of the color picker tool. This section represents the transparency option. Click on the checkerboard pattern to set the color to transparent.
   
   
   
   
   
4. Hit Save changes at the bottom, and the background will be transparent.
