We are excited to show you how to set up your account to get optimal results. In this article we will go over the fundamentals of your account, this includes:
- AI tone of voice
- Chat widget features

AI Tone of Voice
Under Settings tab --> General, you will be able to enter your store name and under that you will be asked to describe your brand tone of voice. You can jot down a few adjectives to give your AI a personality that matches your brand ambience. Make sure to keep it succinct as the AI will work hard to fulfil all your requests. Some examples include: sophisticated, friendly, cool. Just hit on 'adjust all existing flows' to activate your AI's brand new personality.
Continue personalising your AI by uploading an icon that represents your brand. Some stores chose to give their AI a name and insert an animated picture as an icon for example. So don't be afraid to be playful and get creative. You can preview the way it appears in the circle format on the right side.
At the bottom of this page you will be able to enter a contact email of your choice. In case the AI is not able to satisfy the customer with a response, they will hand over the enquiry to a human.
Chat Widget Features
Under the Settings tab --> Chat widget, you can design the look of the AI. You can play with the different colors, button style, size, widget title and positioning of the bot. You can preview any changes you make on the template bot and you can also view the way it will appear on proactive approach mode.
Now that you've customized your bot to suit your store you can go ahead and integrate with marketing and support platforms if you wish to do so.
