FAQ Suggestions
The FAQ suggestions will show you questions that your customers frequently ask, you are able to 'approve more' and answer these questions in the content block provided, then click quick save. If you want to take it a step further, you can select 'continue to customize' and it will take you into the flow builder screen. Learn more about adding components to flows in the components section.
Modify Opening line
Playing around with the opening line of your proactive flows can increase engagement. Lines that suit your tone of voice or personalized greetings such as 'Good (time of the day)" or "Welcome back (customer name)" are our best practices but feel free to get creative. To follow this suggestion, click Edit flow to improve, and change the opening line inside the flow. Good luck! 🤞
Unhelpful Comments
Our database captures all conversations on your store and we filter them by a variety of categories. You can view the conversations to see common trend for example chats marked as 'helpful,' 'unhelpful, 'contact support' and more. Then you can edit certain flows to tend to the common themes.
