Rep automatically makes all visible products available as part of your onboarding.
Therefore, by default:
- If you have products configured in Shopify, but they are hidden, Rep will not promote them.
- Any products your customers can view by browsing your website can be sold by Rep.
I don't want Rep to sell one of my products. Can I exclude it?
Definitely! Go to AI training > Catalog > Products and uncheck the product you don't want Rep to suggest in the Available column, you can also limit if you would like for that product to be able to be added to cart within Rep (disabling Add-to-cart allows for customers to personalize products before adding to cart):
