You can follow the steps below to change your logo.
The logo will be presented in the top left corner of the chat during conversations. You can also use it as the chat button (the button will click to initiate a conversation with Rep).
1. From within the Rep console, navigate to the sidebar and select Settings >> General.
2. Then you can drag and drop or browse for the image of your choice to be used as your logo within the chat widget and even as the chat widget's icon if you would like by following the steps here.
